- Findings from the study revealed that the features of PR activities practical by the banks and government parastatals in Nigeria includes:
- Media representation,
- Crisis communication and
- Content development and management.
- The findings further revealed that there are differences in the PR activities as is being practiced by the Nigerian banks and government parastatals.
- Further findings showed that how these differences in PR affect the corporate images of the Nigerian banks and government parastatals include:
- Attracts them to customers,
- Makes it easy to manage crisis and
- Makes them appear more professional.
