  • Findings from the study revealed that the features of PR activities practical by the banks and government parastatals in Nigeria includes:
  1. Media representation,
  2. Crisis communication and
  3. Content development and management.
  • The findings further revealed that there are differences in the PR activities as is being practiced by the Nigerian banks and government parastatals.
  • Further findings showed that how these differences in PR affect the corporate images of the Nigerian banks and government parastatals include:
  1. Attracts them to customers,
  2. Makes it easy to manage crisis and
  3. Makes them appear more professional.
